AdGravityPrivacy Policy
This policy explains how AdGravity, an AdTech brand operated by The XYZ World (“we”), handles information when you use adgravity.ai and the AdGravity apps.
1. Information we collect
- Business account details: your business email, business name, website, address and Instagram handle.
- Information from your website: when you add your website, we read its public pages to understand what your business offers and suggest campaign topics.
- Campaign details: budget, area, audience, topics, brief, approvals, and the photos, videos and logos you upload.
- Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and receipt details, not your full card number.
- Creator information: public social media profile information (such as handle, follower counts, engagement and audience statistics) from public sources and social media analytics providers, contact details where available, and information creators give us when they join.
- Technical information: basic device and usage information needed to keep the Service secure, and storage in your browser that remembers your progress.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: build and run campaigns, match businesses with creators, send offers, approvals and receipts.
- To estimate reach and recommend topics and creators.
- To contact creators about campaign opportunities, with a way to opt out in every message.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service: with the creators on your campaign (your brief and campaign material), with the business whose campaign a creator accepts (the creator’s public profile and posts), and with service providers that host our systems, process payments, send email, and provide AI and analytics features, under agreements that protect your information. We may share information if required by law.
4. Keeping information safe
Information is stored with access controls and encrypted connections. Uploaded campaign files are kept in private storage and shared only through time-limited links. Sign-in links work once and expire after 15 minutes.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and campaign information while your account is active and as long as needed for records, tax and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and creators can ask us to stop contacting them, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights; we will respond to requests as required by law.
7. Children
AdGravity is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
